Gentlemen,I want to let you know that Anthony and Tyler were over today and we cleared up all the issues that were outstanding and that I had questions on. I appreciate Tyler trying to help over the phone on Tuesday and was able to figure some things out when I was alone because of the instructions he gave me.Both Anthony and Tyler were very helpful and courteous with our residents today who I had issues with over the past couple of days. They actually made sure that each of the fob's worked properly walking the residents to the door to actually show them how to use it.They also showed me were we miscommunicated the other night. I was under the impression that the fob's marked "extra" had to be added to the system, whereas they already were but just had to be assigned. Yes, it would have been easier and quicker if we had wifi so you could have seen this remotely.They also showed me how to sign into Atrium so I could pull, print and save reports. Again, something that we could have fixed the other night.Thank you again for sending them over today. They answered and fixed all outstanding issues and showed me how to correct any that may come along.We as a Board will meet shortly to determine when we will completely over to your system.Thanks again for your support.Len
